Villa La Cotriade is looked after year round by Gardiens who live in a separate cottage. This enables the gardens and house itself to be maintained in the same loving way that the owners do themselves.

The creeper clad house is surrounded by extensive gardens. In front is a large and beautifully maintained garden with a wonderful mix of indigenous trees, shrubs and flowers. A bordered swimming pool sits invitingly across the lawn. To the rear, and below, is a wild meadow strewn with olive trees and a boules pitch.  The gardens themselves are surrounded by La Cotriade’s vines which are harvested every year and made into wine by the owner.

The house itself consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large sitting room and dining area, 4 en suite double bedrooms (two with double beds and two with 2 singles). There is a wonderful terrace surrounding two sides of the house with a dining area, drinks area and barbecue.
